Job Description

Role Overview: As an E2E Planner at Capgemini, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. Working closely with the Client and cross-functional teams, you will identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the company's growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and discussing recommendations from L2 E2E specialist and Material specialist, SU, procurement, and WH&T, and confirming norm changes within operational boundaries - Participating in MTCP/LTCP meetings to support SC plans along with the L2 E2E specialist - Bringing recommendations to a monthly meeting with the Demand Fulfillment Manager (L1) for changes beyond operational boundaries - Sharing residual projections with Finance (L1) and discussing L2 KPIs with L1 Demand Fulfillment Manager and Plan Director (L1) on a monthly basis Qualification Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 9 to 12 years of experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning - Team lead experience - Strong problem-solving skills - Analytical skills - Experience in Distribution Plan from Sourcing Units to Distribution Centers Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, committed to helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
