E-Procurement Manager

As an e-Procurement Manager at our company, your role involves planning, scheduling, and leading project activities to achieve objectives within a specified period of time. Your project management skills will be crucial in organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and communicating effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance existing processes and tools while implementing new ones. - Gather, plan, and lead implementations of enhancement ideas. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, establish goals, milestones, and necessary resources for project objectives. - Coordinate and communicate all project steps, supporting and managing all involved parties. - Manage testing activities and cooperate with business, procurement teams, Atos IT, and Ariba on ongoing projects. - Represent Procurement in global projects led by other teams. - Conduct independent searches for upgrade opportunities. - Manage e-Procurement Tooling & Efficiency SharePoint. - Maintain guides for admins and requestors regarding MyAtos application. - Train users on system usage like Guided Buying, Ariba Network, and implement changes in the system. - Address system issues, handle escalations, and support Admin Team (GB, ZP) in daily responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience in E-Procurement with SAP MM & SAP Ariba. - Proficiency in SAP MM, including Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, Goods Receipt Notes, etc. - Familiarity with SAP Ariba, either as an administrator or end user.
