As a dynamic professional leading Epharmacy revenue and operations across Hospitals in the East region, your responsibilities will include: - Driving Epharmacy revenue by identifying growth opportunities, tracking performance, and executing sales strategies consistently. - Developing and implementing initiatives to increase Epharmacy sales, ensuring achievement of sales targets and sustained revenue growth. - Collaborating with Hospitals in the East to understand patient behavior and deploy targeted strategies to enhance sales performance. - Monitoring Epharmacy turnaround times (TAT) and implementing corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. - Serving as the single point of contact for all Epharmacy operations in the East region, coordinating efforts between hospitals, pharmacists, and corporate teams. - Maintaining regular communication with Hospital units to enhance conversions and streamline day-to-day operations. - Ensuring timely and accurate updating of revenue data and providing support to the corporate team for data-related queries and reporting.
