Role & responsibilities I. Job Title and Summary: Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist. Summary: A brief overview of the role's purpose and key responsibilities, highlighting the focus on using digital channels to achieve marketing goals. II. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engines, websites, etc.). Managing paid and organic advertising campaigns. Optimizing landing pages and user experience. Optimizing website content and structure for search engines. Managing paid search campaigns (PPC). Creating and managing email marketing campaigns. Segmenting email lists and personalizing messages. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Generating reports on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI). Collaborating with developers and designers to optimize the website. Working with other departments, such as sales, design, and development, to ensure seamless marketing efforts. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices. Conducting market research to inform campaign strategies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles. Experience with data analysis and reporting software. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and content development skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
