E-commerce Systems Executive

As an E-commerce Systems Executive, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure its functionality and performance align with business needs. You will provide technical support for system-related issues, resolve bugs, and minimize downtime. Additionally, managing product data, inventory updates, and content uploads with accuracy and consistency across the platform is crucial. Monitoring system performance, traffic, and analytics will help you identify areas for improvement. You'll also be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce tools and plugins to enhance site functionality and user experience. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT teams is essential to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce solutions with business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform - Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues - Manage product data, inventory updates, and content uploads - Monitor system performance, traffic, and analytics - Manage and optimize e-commerce tools and plugins - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and IT teams for integration Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in BCA, BCS, MCA, MCS, BSc (IT), or MSc (IT) or a related field - 01 years of experience with e-commerce platforms or IT systems support - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and third-party software - Experience with web analytics and monitoring tools - Good understanding of database management (MySQL, SQL) You will have the opportunity to work in a full-time, permanent position and gain valuable experience in e-commerce systems.
