E-commerce Sales Executive

You will be joining our team as an E-commerce Customer Executive, where your role will involve chatting with customers, supporting their purchases, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through chat. - Assist customers in making purchases and addressing any concerns. - Upsell and cross-sell products to boost sales revenue. - Provide replacement support and resolve customer complaints. - Achieve sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements: - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in both written and spoken English. - Capable of working in an office environment. - Strong sales and customer service skills. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media.
