E-Commerce & Quick commerce Manager

You will be responsible for leading the online sales strategy and driving business growth through the e-commerce platform. Your main tasks will include managing and optimizing the online store, developing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales performance to make informed business decisions. - Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento) for user experience, conversion rates, and sales growth. - Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with product teams to develop product roadmaps and optimize product offerings. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales growth and marketing effectiveness. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and sales analytics. - Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. It would be beneficial if you have: - Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads. - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, or data analysis tools. This is a full-time position with the benefit of working from home. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience with Facebook & Instagram and 4 years of experience in E-commerce.
