Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for an E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing, managing, and optimizing e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance overall sales performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring key performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing customer acquisition strategies. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and delivering measurable results to clients.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Commerce practices and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in performance marketing or similar roles would be advantageous

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and

    Meta Ads

    (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage and scale

    e-commerce campaigns

    with focus on ROAS and profitability
  • Independently handle

    GA4 & Google Tag Manager

  • Event tracking
  • Conversion setup
  • Debugging & validation
  • Optimize

    product feeds

    for Google Shopping
  • Perform

    A/B testing

    on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Analyze performance and prepare reports using

    GA4, Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

  • Manage campaigns specifically for the

    AU market

    (audience behavior, time zones, seasonality)
  • Coordinate with creative, tech, and e-commerce teams
