Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance with employment regulations, and the development of training and benefits programs. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Role Overview The HR Team Lead will support HR strategy and operations with a strong focus on handling a team and driving recruitment success. This role requires someone who can lead, coordinate processes, manage employee experience, and support performance and culture initiatives while ensuring smooth HR operations. Location: Bangalore (WFO) Experience: 4–7 Years Department: Human Resources Industry: Digital Marketing / IT Services Reports To: HR Manager / Leadership Team Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 50–60%)  Lead and support the hiring cycle for mid-level to senior roles across Digital Marketing, Tech, Admin, and Sales functions.  Source candidates through job portals, references, internal databases, and talent communities.  Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments and hiring discussions.  Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring SLAs, and closure targets. HR Operations  Oversee onboarding and induction, ensuring smooth employee integration.  Support documentation including employment contracts, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle records.  Assist with attendance tracking, policy adherence, and HR compliance. Performance & People Management  Coordinate quarterly performance review cycles and feedback discussions. Support competency mapping, evaluation communication, and documentation.  Identify training and development needs in coordination with department heads. Employee Relations & Engagement  Handle employee grievance queries and escalate when required.  Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.  Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and pulse check-ins.
