E-commerce Order Packaging Executive

The E-commerce Order Packaging Executive will be responsible for accurate order picking, product packaging, labeling, and dispatch preparation for online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and the MildCares website. The role ensures that every order is packed safely, correctly, and in compliance with platform and brand standards. Key Responsibilities:Pick and pack customer orders as per the order sheet or system-generated list. Verify product quantity, quality, and SKU before packaging. Follow proper packaging standards to ensure product safety during transit. Print and apply shipping labels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) accurately. Update daily order status and report dispatch summaries. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Coordinate with the logistics team and courier partners for daily pickups. Manage returns and re-packaging as per company SOPs. Ensure that all packaging material (boxes, tapes, labels, polybags) is used optimally and replenished timely.
