**Role Overview:** As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, your primary role will be to manage the online sales strategies and platforms for digital sales or conversions on the website. You will be responsible for executing ad campaigns on search engines and other websites, researching and implementing the latest digital marketing strategies using social media, and reviewing work/ad performance with an eye for detail. Moreover, you will be expected to develop effective Digital Marketing strategies to enhance sales conversions and demonstrate adept handling of cataloguing and product listing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage online sales strategies and platforms for digital sales or conversions on the website - Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites - Research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media - Review work/ad performance with a keen eye for detail - Develop Digital Marketing strategies to improve sales conversion - Handle cataloguing and product listing efficiently **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations - Experience in Drop shipping and cataloguing is essential - Fluent in English communication, both oral and written - Capable of working with U.S. clients and teams - Competent in handling phone calls and emails effectively (Note: Salary Offered is as per industry standards.
