E-Commerce Intern

As an E-Commerce Intern, you will support our online sales operations and assist with both account management/ advertising activities on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

You’ll get exposure to the full cycle of e-commerce, from listing creation, optimization, ads, to performance tracking. This is a great opportunity to learn digital retail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up & optimizing product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images) on Amazon / Flipkart / other portals
• Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock, coordinate with procurement/logistics where required
• Support in running PPC / sponsored ad campaigns: keyword research, bid management, performance analysis
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key metrics (sales, ad spend, ROI, conversion rate)
• Suggest improvements (content, visuals, pricing) to increase conversion & reduce return/cancellation rates

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
• Analytical mindset, able to work with numbers & data (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Good Communication.
