E-commerce executive/Team leader

As an eCommerce Executive focusing on Etsy Store Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and expanding our online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage our Etsy store by enhancing product listings, optimizing SEO, uploading products, and processing orders. Collaboration with the design team to ensure visually appealing creatives, handling customer queries and reviews, and monitoring sales performance will be key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining product listings on Etsy with SEO-optimized titles, tags, and descriptions. You will be working closely with the design team to acquire high-quality images and product creatives. Efficiently managing order processing, addressing customer queries, and managing reviews will be vital. Monitoring the Etsy dashboard, analyzing sales performance, and campaign data to implement strategies for enhancing store visibility and driving conversions will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in managing Etsy stores, possess knowledge of Etsy SEO and keyword tools, exhibit excellent communication and written English skills, and demonstrate the ability to independently handle product uploads, returns, and customer service. Basic design knowledge, particularly in tools like Canva or Photoshop, would be considered a plus. This position offers a competitive salary with uncapped earning potential through a combination of fixed compensation and commission.
