Job Title: E-commerce Executive - International (D2C Brands) Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site Working Days: 6 Days a Week Shift: Day Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) international brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing D2C online stores, handling product listings, optimizing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of international D2C e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Amazon, etc.). Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality content and SEO-friendly descriptions. Plan and execute online campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotions to increase conversion rates. Coordinate with marketing teams for digital ads, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling. Handle order processing, shipment coordination, and tracking to ensure timely deliveries. Respond to international customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional manner. Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly reports, and suggest strategies for growth. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging D2C tools. Manage product catalog uploads through flat files, bulk uploads, and templates. Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines, policies, and best practices. Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords for better search visibility and conversions. Upload and manage product images, videos, and A+ content where applicable. Monitor listing health, resolve suppression errors and troubleshoot catalog issues. Conduct keyword research to improve SEO ranking of listings. Work closely with the content and creative team to enhance product presentation. Track competitor listings and suggest improvements. Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy and listing sync.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in international e-commerce, preferably with D2C brands. Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and social commerce channels. Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
