We are a leading women’s garment manufacturer and wholesaler based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We specialize in ethnic and contemporary women’s wear including Lehenga Cholis, Crop Tops, Gowns, Indo-Western outfits, and more. With a focus on quality and fashion-forward design, we are growing rapidly across e-commerce, retail, and international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms
• Upload and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-resolution images
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels; coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling
• Handle domestic and international logistics, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation
• Work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to align product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Analyze platform sales data and performance metrics to optimize listings and sales strategies
• Provide prompt and professional customer support, including addressing post-sale queries and resolving issues

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in the fashion or apparel industry
• Experience using platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS/e-commerce tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with analytics/reporting tools is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and product positioning
• Creative, fashion-aware, and interested in women's apparel trends
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
