Job Description

Job Summary: As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer experience across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. You'll also work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive growth and improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for SEO and conversions Monitor and update stock availability, prices, and offers Coordinate with warehouse/operations for timely dispatch and returns Analyze sales reports, competitor pricing, and trends Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints professionally Create promotional campaigns during sales events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.) Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all online channels
