E-commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations, handle customer queries, and support order management across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, inventory updates, and order processing on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Handle customer calls and queries regarding orders, products, and returns
• Coordinate with courier partners and vendors for smooth order fulfillment
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records of transactions
• Respond promptly to customer messages, emails, and feedback
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce (preferred)
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office, email handling)
• Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
