E-Commerce Executive

Horizon craftworks private limited is a fast-growing e-commerce company, and we are looking for a hardworking and dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for boosting our online sales, managing website content, and assisting with marketing efforts

Key Responsibilities

* Listing and managing products on online platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or your website).

* Keeping website content, product descriptions, and images updated.

* Analyzing sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales.

* Handling and resolving customer service queries.

* Assisting with digital marketing campaigns (including social media and email marketing).

* Managing inventory and ensuring that stock is always available.

Qualifications and Skills

* A Bachelor's degree in any field.

* 1-2 years of experience working on e-commerce platforms.

* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

* Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* The ability to work well in a team and complete tasks within deadlines.

* The salary will be decided based on your qualifications and performance during the interview.
