We re looking for an E-commerce Executive with 2-3 years of experience to manage and optimize online product listings, support digital sales growth, and ensure smooth coordination across content, marketing, and operations. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, supporting digital sales growth, and ensuring smooth coordination across content, marketing, and operations. You will help create strategies that enable seamless online transactions while maintaining accurate, high-quality product information across platforms.
On any given day, you might:Write, edit, and manage product content to be published on e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, including content creation, updates, distribution, and maintenance.
Coordinate closely with internal teams such as product, design, sales, and marketing to ensure timely and accurate content updates across platforms.
Support media and performance marketing efforts, including PPC, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories, ensuring consistency and accuracy in listings.
Identify and implement SEO best practices related to inventory management, pre-orders, pricing policies, and product discoverability.
Monitor product performance and sales trends using web analytics tools and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Handle end-to-end logistics coordination including order processing, inventory updates, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, returns, and coordination with vendors and delivery partners.
Ensure smooth post-order processes by working closely with operations teams to address delays, returns, and fulfillment issues.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail.
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and product listing workflows.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and keyword research for product optimization.
Working knowledge of analytics tools and Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
Exposure to digital marketing channels such as PPC, email marketing, and paid social media.
Experience coordinating with logistics, inventory, or fulfillment teams.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong fundamentals in e-commerce operations, product content management, and digital sales processes.
A genuine interest in online retail, digital marketing, marketplace platforms, and optimizing the end-to-end e-commerce experience.
