Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive – Cataloging & Ads to manage product catalog creation, optimization, and performance marketing across online marketplaces. The role focuses on improving product visibility, conversion, and sales through strong catalog hygiene and effective advertising strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesCataloging & Listing Management

  • Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and backend search terms.
  • Handle ASIN creation, variation setup, category mapping, and attribute compliance.
  • Resolve catalog issues such as suppressed listings, listing errors, image rejections, and content violations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product data, images, and compliance requirements.

Marketplace Advertising (Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring (manual & auto).
  • Monitor ad performance metrics: ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and search terms to improve profitability.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly ads performance reports and insights.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track catalog-level metrics: Glance Views, Conversion Rate, Buy Box %, Featured Offer Page Views.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, ranking, and sales velocity.
  • Support promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns with catalog readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce cataloging and marketplace advertising.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
  • Solid understanding of SEO for ecommerce listings.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Ads console and campaign optimization.
  • Good analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle multiple SKUs and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Flipkart Ads or other marketplace ads.
  • Knowledge of A+ Content / Brand Store setup.
  • Familiarity with new ASIN launches and ranking strategies.
  • Understanding of pricing and Buy Box dynamics.
