E-Commerce Category Manager - Small Domestic Appliances

Role Overview: As the Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) Category Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and scale the Small Domestic Appliances category. You will manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle for global brands to scale in international markets. Additionally, you will build and manage a curated portfolio of brands exclusively in the SDA category. Your role will involve driving brand growth through assortment expansion, optimizing underperforming SKUs, iterating packaging, content, and supply chain, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance. Furthermore, you will contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels as feasible, and drive profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale the Small Domestic Appliances category. - Manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle for global brands in international markets. - Build and manage a curated portfolio of brands in the SDA category. - Drive brand growth through assortment expansion, SKU optimization, packaging iteration, content enhancement, and supply chain improvements. - Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance. - Contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels. - Drive profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution. Qualifications Required: - Prior 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce, with at least 4+ years in the SDA category preferred. - Deep understanding of SDA specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier network. - Expertise in marketplace/retail selling, including category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers. - Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management. - Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, operations, technology, and analytics.,
