E-commerce Catalog Associate

As an e-commerce data analyst at our company, your role will involve analyzing e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior to optimize our strategies. Additionally, you will conduct a detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities - Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and consumer behavior - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance - Evaluate implemented solutions to measure impact and identify areas for further improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets - Timeline-oriented with decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience working on e-commerce platforms In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, our company places a strong emphasis on operational excellence and values collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
