E-commerce Assistant Intern

As an E-commerce Assistant Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, ensuring top-notch service for our online customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. - Assisting customers with product-related queries, orders, and returns. - Providing accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers. - Collaborating with the sales team to address customer issues and enhance satisfaction. - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. - Assisting in updating product details, pricing, and inventory on the website as needed. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. - Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal. - Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage priorities. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
