Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and digitally-savvy professional to manage our social media presence and online store. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong content skills, and hands-on experience in social media marketing and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
• Manage DMs, comments, and engage with followers professionally
• Collaborate with designers and photographers for content creation
• Run paid promotions & increase brand visibility
• Track insights, trends, and performance analytics

E-Commerce Operations:

• Upload and manage products on the website/online store (photos, prices, descriptions)
• Coordinate with customers for order updates, payments & shipping details
• Track online orders, returns, and stock levels
• Work with courier services and delivery partners
• Ensure a smooth user experience across all online platforms

Requirements:

• Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, premierpro etc.)
• Good knowledge of Instagram tools, Meta Ads, and e-commerce dashboards
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fashion interest is a plus

Salary: Based on experience & interview
Working Hours: [9.30 AM- 7.00PM]
