· Product listing management & creation
· Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
· Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to boost revenue.
· Manage all email communications with buyers, ensuring clear and professional responses.
· Inform buyers ones a shipment has been dispatched.
· Notify buyers of any delays, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.
· Track progress and follow up on running orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Retail roles
Knowledge of MS-Excel
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, Freshers can also apply
