Dynamics Crm Technical Consultant

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of

  Microsoft Dynamics ERP

  for a construction organization.
• Customize and configure modules to support:
  

• Project Management

  (Primavera integration, budget, cash flow, task tracking)

• Finance & Accounting

  (multi-entity, WIP, tax compliance, ZATCA e-invoicing)

• Procurement & Inventory

  (vendor lifecycle, PO automation, logistics)

• HR & Payroll

  (GOSI compliance, leave, performance, hiring workflows)

• Document & Contract Management

  (approval workflows, submittals, version control)
• Ensure

  multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-language

  support (English, Arabic, Chinese).
• Implement secure

  role-based access controls

  and multi-level approval workflows.
• Design

  integrations via API

  with third-party systems (e.g., Primavera, Australian/Chinese platforms).
• Ensure full compliance with

  Saudi Arabian regulations

  (GOSI, ZATCA, labor laws).
• Provide documentation, training, and user support for the ERP system.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ERP implementations for

  construction or infrastructure companies

• Hands-on expertise with

  Microsoft Dynamics (AX, 365, or Business Central)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  project-based accounting

  and

  Primavera integrations

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  Saudi-specific compliance

  (ZATCA, GOSI, VAT, labor law).
• Ability to manage complex workflows, approvals, and data migration processes.
