- Supervise and manage daily dyeing operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Monitor dyeing parameters, temperature, chemical usage, and process timing to meet production standards
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with production planning and quality control teams to align output with customer requirements
- Maintain dyeing machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Train and guide junior staff and workers in dyeing processes and safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain production reports and related documentation
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
- 5+ years of working experience in related fields
- Experience in managing dyeing process operations
- Work experience in companies related to the automotive industry
- Kannada as a mother tongue
