Job Description

BE Mechanical/Electrical with 8+ years of experience, having expertise in MEP-Contracts, Fire protection systems, and other MEP services for Hospitality Projects(High Luxury Hotels) Core Responsibility: 1. Knowledge of MEP related services such as Electrical, PHE, FF, HVAC, STP, WTP, Security and Surveillance, Networking etc., 2. Knowledge of MEP sequence of works, IS codes, rate analysis of items etc. 3. Pre-qualification and short-listing of contractors for various MEP related activities. 4. Review, understand and correlate MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ 5. Reviewing MEP (BOQ & technical specifications), preparing the bid documents as per standards and floating of MEP tenders, negotiation with all agencies, analysing the comparative statements and award of work. 6. Reviewing of received quotations, reply to queries received from contractors related to tender document. 7. Experienced in dealing with MEP contractors. 8. Interface with Site team and contractors, to ensure timely completion within given budget, specified standards and defined timelines. 9. Ensure contract policies and procedures are adequately covered as set by management. 10. Preparation, check, review & releasing of workorder, agreement as per timelines to Contractors. Who are we looking for? Experience in MEP contacts & tendering works in MEP Contracting firm Qualifications: BE Electrical/Mechanical with 8+ years of experience.
