Dy Manager / Manager Test Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations Management

• Lead test and post-test operators/technicians across production shifts.
• Allocate tasks, monitor operator performance, and provide coaching/feedback.
• Conduct performance reviews and support skill-building initiatives.

Test Manufacturing Execution

• Ensure all testing and post-test procedures are strictly followed.
• Monitor test equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues.
• Organize and manage daily production to meet output, yield, and cycle-time targets.
• Report daily metricsproduction, quality, safety, and manpower.

Process, Quality & Improvement Initiatives

• Drive process simplification and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
• Lead 5S implementation and support Quality Improvement Programs (QIP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce EHS standards and conduct routine safety briefings.
• Ensure proper PPE compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Semiconductor, or equivalent disciplines.

• Experience:

  8–15 years in semiconductor test manufacturing, OSAT, ATE systems, or high-volume electronics testing.
• Experience in leading test operators/technicians in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong understanding of ATE systems, handlers, probers, test processes, and yield management (preferred).
