Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Good knowledge of the Siemens system(PLC S7-1500 , HMI, SCADA-Win CC, Servo system V90, Drive G120C) 2. Good Knowledge of Mitsubishi system(PLC-Q series, HMI , Servo B series , Drive E & A series) 3. Good Knowledge of the software( TIA Ver 15, 16,17 and 18, GX works2,WINCC, V assistant, GT designer) 4. Good knowledge of Sensor & instrumentation 5. Good knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic system. 6. Good knowledge of Wiring and programming 7. Responsible for Capacity Improvement projects 8. Responsible for Implementation of ISO 9001 :2015, ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018 9. Responsible for All Maintenance Activities (Preventive, breakdown, TPM etc..) 10. To monitor spare parts for common and individual section. 11. Responsible for maintaining daily machine check sheet & history card 12. Responsible for ensuring that necessary corrective actions are taken and they are maintained for effectiveness. 13. 5"s activities/ Environment & Safety Activities
