Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies to be used in high-pressure pneumatic systemsUnderstand Customer and Product RequirementsImplement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) techniques Conduct Motion Analysis, FEA and Calculations to meet the Design RequirementsFormulate Reports, Design Documentation, Assembly & Testing Process Flow, FMEA keeping safety in mindAssist in Production Planning activitiesEfficiently manage 3D CAD and Drawing FilesPlan & Execute Projects from Start to End Co-ordinate with team members and other departments to accomplish tasks within stipulated deadlinesResearch & Development of new products and processes for continuous improvement and expanding product rangeBuild and lead a team of engineers to achieve excellence in design & production standards
Skills : - Project management, 3D CAD, FEA,Mechanical Design, Design & Manufacturing Technology, DFM, DFA, Product Development
