Role Overview: As a DV SOC Lead at MCS Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC). You will lead a team of security analysts, monitor and respond to security incidents, and implement security measures to protect the organization's assets. Managing the SOC effectively, along with tasks such as compliance reporting, incident management, threat intelligence, and maintaining communication with stakeholders, will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of security analysts in the SOC - Monitor and respond to security incidents promptly - Implement security measures to safeguard organizational assets - Manage compliance reporting and incident management - Stay updated on threat intelligence - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) roles, security incident response, and threat intelligence - Strong leadership skills for team management, training, and mentoring - Understanding of compliance standards, risk management, and security frameworks - Technical proficiency in cybersecurity tools, network security, and incident tracking systems - Problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field preferred,
