Key responsibilities include: Emergency Care : Provide immediate care to critically ill patients and stabilize them for further treatment or transfer. Patient Assessment : Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and order diagnostic tests. Treatment Planning : Develop and implement treatment strategies, prescribe medication, and coordinate with specialists. Patient Monitoring : Track vital signs and treatment responses, adjusting care as needed. Emergency Procedures : Perform BLS and other life-saving interventions. Documentation : Maintain clear, accurate medical records. Consultation & Referral : Collaborate with specialists and arrange further care when required.
