Job Description

Assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and ready. Provide direct support to the surgeon and surgical team during operations. Monitor patients’ vital signs during surgery and report any changes to the surgeon. Maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre. Administer post-operative care and help in the recovery process. Ensure proper documentation of patient details, surgical procedures, and any medications administered. Handle surgical instruments and equipment in a safe and organized manner. Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
