Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, front office, marketing, patient care) to ensure seamless patient experience and referring doctor satisfaction Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharma/Marketing/Business. 27 years of experience in referral marketing/sales, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic, or Pharmaceutical setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. Proven networking ability, relationship management, and field sales experience. Knowledge of Bangalores medical ecosystem is a must. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced hospital environment Prior experience in oncology, multi-specialty, or diagnostic lab referral sales.
