Duty Medical Officers ISR Specialists (MBBS + Diploma in Diabetology preferred)
Profile: MBBS-qualified professionals + Preferred formal diploma in diabetes management and ISR therapy training.
Job Description (JD):
Administer ISR therapy as per established clinical protocols.
Monitor patients during infusions and document therapy parameters.
Ensure immediate recognition and response to infusion-related events.
Maintain seamless coordination with the senior treating physician.
Act as first-line contact for therapy troubleshooting and patient education.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
100% ISR procedural compliance.
Zero therapy-related adverse events.
Accurate post-session documentation in EMR.
High patient satisfaction during therapy sessions.
