Education :

• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized and accredited medical college/university Must be registered with the State Medical Council

Job Summary:

The Duty Medical Officer (DMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, attending to emergencies, assisting in clinical procedures, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous medical care to inpatients and attend to emergency cases.
• Perform initial patient assessment and stabilization.
• Monitor patient conditions and update consultants on progress or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and reports.
• Assist in medical and surgical procedures as required.
• Ensure timely execution of medical orders and instructions from consultants.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, technicians, and other departments for effective patient management.
• Respond to code blue and other medical emergencies.
• Supervise admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• MBBS from a recognized university/institution.
• Registered with [Medical Council Name].
• Valid medical license to practice.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Officer (freshers may be considered based on performance).
• Prior experience in emergency/ICU settings is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (Day/Night/On-call as per duty roster)

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
