Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager Front Office, located in Karjat. The Duty Manager in Front Office will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and providing exceptional guest service. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for office administration tasks and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Front Office management
• Strong guest Service and guest Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
