Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Due Diligence Underwriter to join our dynamic mortgage operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of loan files according to US mortgage guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-underwriting and post-closing due diligence reviews for mortgage loan files.
• Evaluate loan documentation to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-purchase and post-purchase reviews as per US mortgage standards.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or missing documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all reviews and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in Pre-Underwriting / Underwriting / Pre-Purchase Review / Post-Closing / Due Diligence.
• Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Process & Compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a Night Shift environment.

Salary: Competitive – based on experience
