Prepare, format, and finalize multilingual documents for translation, ensuring consistency with client specifications and brand guidelines. · Work on layout adjustments, font compatibility, and design adaptation across different languages (including those with special characters and right-to-left scripts). · Preform pre-processing of source files and post-processing of translated files for print, digital, and online publishing. · Handle file conversions (PDF, Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.) and ensure editable formats are maintained. · Check for formatting errors, text expansion/shrinkage issues, missing characters, broken layouts, and incorrect styles after translation. · Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Linguists, and QC teams to deliver error-free output within project deadlines. · Manage version control and ensure proper file organization and archiving for all projects. · Perform quality checks on graphics, charts, tables, and images to ensure they align with the translated content. · Suggest process improvements and contribute to developing DTP best practices within the team.
