Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled DTP Operator who has strong expertise in Adobe Illustration tools and excellent typing speed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality layouts, formatting documents, and preparing designs for print and digital use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and format documents, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials using Adobe Illustrator (and other Adobe tools if required)
• Ensure accuracy in text formatting, alignment, and layouts
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
• Maintain consistency in style, fonts, and brand guidelines across all materials
• Convert raw content into visually appealing designs
• Proofread and correct spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
• Collaborate with the content and design team to deliver final outputs within deadlines
• Prepare files for printing with proper sizing, color correction, and quality checks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and knowledge of Photoshop / InDesign is a plus
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of printing standards, color formats (CMYK/RGB), and file formats
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in DTP or related roles (preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
