Roles & Responsibilities (not limited to) As an Associate – System Engineer in the Stationery & Digital Print division, your key responsibilities will include: • Customer Handling: Interact with walk-in and online customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and services. • Sales Support: Promote and sell stationery items and digital print services to customers. • Typing & Document Preparation: Assist customers with typing, formatting, and preparing documents as per their needs. • Designing: Create basic designs for visiting cards, flyers, invitations, and other print materials using design tools. • Digital Communication: Handle customer requests received via email and WhatsApp, including document printing, sharing proofs, and responding to queries. • Print Operations: Operate digital printing machines and ensure timely and quality output. • Order Management: Track customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain records. • Support Tasks: Assist in inventory management, billing, and other day-to-day operational tasks as r equired.
