Job Description: DTP Designer (0-3 years experience)Job Title: DTP Designer Location: Cunningham Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka. (Work from Office) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday ( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm) About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented DTP (Desktop Publishing) Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles and hands-on experience with CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with 0-3 years of experience to grow their skills in a professional, on-site environment. Key Responsibilities: Create and design various materials for print and digital media. Use CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator to execute design projects from concept to final artwork. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client specifications. Prepare and pre-flight files for high-quality printing. Perform image editing, retouching, and color correction as needed. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver on time. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Software Proficiency: CorelDRAW: Strong command is essential. Adobe Illustrator: Strong command is essential. Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience in DTP. A strong portfolio demonstrating a good eye for layout, typography, and visual design. Good understanding of print production processes and color management. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
