Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Drupal: Proven experience (8+ years) developing and maintaining websites using Drupal 9/10.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, TypeScript: Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
Environment orchestration: Experience with Docker based environments and preferably DDEV/Lando.
Database Management: Experience with databases like MySQL.
Familiarity with Drupal Architecture: Understanding of custom content types, taxonomies, blocks, views, and theme functions.
Version Control: Proficient with Git for version control and team collaboration.
Security Best Practices: Knowledge of web security practices, including data sanitization, authentication, and secure coding.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Drupal Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with contributed modules, theming, and the Drupal community.

Preferred Qualifications:

Acquia Certified Developer.
Experience with Headless Drupal or decoupled architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Drupal development.
Familiarity with Drush and Composer for Drupal management.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Team Player: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and methodologies
