Job Description

Role:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Development:

    Lead and manage the Drupal and UI development team. Develop and maintain Drupal-based solutions. Ensure smooth integration of Drupal with UI components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining coding standards and security compliance.

  • Project & Quality Management:

    Gather and analyze requirements, manage JIRA/Tracker updates, oversee version control and GIT management, ensure zero UAT bugs, and monitor project timelines.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in

    Drupal (v8/9/10)

    , including theming and custom module development.
  • Proficiency in

    PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

    , and front-end integration.
  • Good understanding of

    GIT, JIRA/Tracker

    , and version control best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and ensuring delivery excellence.
