About The Project

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on drone servicing and maintenance.
• Deliver the curriculum as per NSQF standards and project requirements.
• Assess trainees through periodic evaluations and project work.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, assessments, and feedback.
• Support students in understanding theoretical concepts and developing hands-on skills.
• Ensure all training equipment and drones are properly maintained and used effectively during training sessions.
• Coordinate with project and administrative teams for smooth training operations.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry or training experience.
• Certification: TOT (Trainer of Trainers) Certification under NSDC/SSC will be preferred.
  

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of drone components, repair, calibration, and maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and mentor students from rural and semi-urban backgrounds.
• Familiarity with government skill development projects is a plus.
