We are looking for certified drone pilots with experience in agricultural operations to join our growing field team in Rajasthan.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound and able to work closely with farmers and on-site teams in a respectful, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate drones for agricultural spraying, mapping, or survey missions
• Work closely with farmers and local stakeholders during field activities
• Follow safety procedures, complete pre-flight checks, and ensure proper drone handling
• Troubleshoot technical issues On-field, especially with Pixhawk-based systems
• Maintain flight logs and daily operation reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and support staff professionally on-site

Who Should Apply

• Drone pilots with hands-on agri-field experience
• Certified Remote Pilot (Medium Class, DGCA Certified, RPTO preferred)
• Strong understanding of Pixhawk systems, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Comfortable working in remote areas and interacting directly with farmers
• Must have a cooperative attitude, respect for local people, and professional conduct with team members and on-site staff
