Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable Driver cum Salesman to join our distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of goods to retailers, collecting payments, and promoting sales through effective route management. Key Responsibilities: Drive delivery vehicle on assigned routes and ensure timely delivery of products. Load, unload, and arrange goods in the vehicle safely. Issue invoices/bills and collect cash or cheque payments from customers. Ensure proper documentation and cash settlement at the end of each day. Promote products and communicate ongoing offers or schemes to retailers. Report market feedback and competitor activity to the sales team. Maintain the vehicle in good condition and follow all traffic and safety rules. Assist in collecting returns and damaged goods as per company policy. Build strong relationships with existing and new customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: SSLC or equivalent. Valid LMV driving license and experience in driving delivery vehicles. 1-2 years of experience in sales or FMCG delivery preferred. Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and willing to handle goods. Familiarity with local routes and geography. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your current Salary?
