We are seeking a reliable and well-presented Driver cum Office Assistant to support our real estate team in day-to-day operations. The role involves driving company personnel and clients for property visits, managing delivery of documents, and assisting with basic office and administrative tasks. Driving Duties: Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly for property inspections, client meetings, and errands. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely servicing and maintenance. Handle pick-up and drop-off of documents, cheques, and parcels as required. Maintain a log of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records. Follow all traffic rules and maintain professional behavior on the road. Office Assistance: Support office operations with filing, photocopying, and basic administrative tasks. Assist in organizing and delivering property documents, agreements, and keys. Help in arranging office supplies, refreshments, and minor office errands. Coordinate with brokers and clients for timely movement and assistance during site visits. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times. Requirements:Valid driving license (LMV) with clean driving record. Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in Mumbai (or relevant city). Basic knowledge of local routes and real estate locations. Polite, punctual, and well-groomed. Ability to handle multiple tasks and assist in office work when not driving. Compensation:Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience. Overtime / site visit allowance as applicable.
