Role Overview

Senior Data & AI Solutions SME

The ideal candidate will architect scalable data platforms, design AI/ML pipelines, and work closely with customers to validate solutions through workshops, prototypes, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end data and AI architectures, covering ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics, and model deployment.
• Define scalable and secure data solutions leveraging

  modern data stack components

  and

  cloud-native services

  .
• Architect and implement

  AI/ML pipelines

  , including model training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps frameworks.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve efficiency and solution performance.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into detailed data and AI architectures.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and cloud teams to design comprehensive, integrated solutions.
• Present solution approaches, proof-of-concept outcomes, and architecture recommendations to customer stakeholders.
• Build customer confidence through technical credibility and transparent communication.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Support

• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and estimations with architecture diagrams, solution write-ups, and effort models.
• Create reusable data and AI solution templates and reference architectures.
• Participate in technical workshops and demos during pursuit cycles.

Delivery Oversight

• Support delivery teams in implementing proposed architectures and resolving complex design challenges.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and quality checks to maintain architectural integrity.
• Capture project learnings to improve reusable assets and ensure best practices across engagements.

Required Skills and Experience

Core Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in

  data engineering

  using tools such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Synapse, or Redshift.
• Proficiency in

  data pipeline orchestration

  using Airflow, ADF, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of

  AI/ML model development

  , including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience implementing

  MLOps pipelines

  for model deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud-native data and AI services

  on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Solutioning & Consulting

• Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Experience in developing technical documentation and customer-facing solution collateral.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative and delivery-oriented mindset.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with

  global consulting, product engineering, or analytics organizations

  .
• Exposure to

  GenAI, LLM-based applications, or AI automation frameworks

  is a plus.
• Cloud certifications or advanced training in data/AI platforms preferred.
